We start by understanding the problem you are looking to solve. Workshops and interviews are conducted to ensure a strong understanding of the problem being solved. We want to understand the problem in detail to ensure that we can implement the optimal solution. At the end of this phase, we provide you with a scoping document.
We kick off Sprint 0 of the project. Design teams start by building wireframes and design drafts for your web application while engineering teams start laying the foundation of the project. We work with you to align a roadmap and deadlines for upcoming sprints.
Based on the sprint plans laid out in the previous step, design and development sprints are conducted to build towards your web application. At the end of each sprint, we conduct demos and reviews to ensure that all stakeholders are in alignment with what is being built. Each sprint's work goes through extensive QA to ensure the product remains stable and bug-free.
Before the web app is launched, it undergoes another round of rigorous QA to ensure there are no regression issues. Once everything is approved, we can move forward with a production launch.
Once the web app is launched, we monitor bugs, issues, and server load closely and continue to provide support and maintenance. During this phase, we can also continue to prepare for the next release and scope out additional features.
